Shop Policies
Below are some FAQ answers as well as basic shop policies. I'll update them regularly as I add more features and services.

General Policies
Below are the basic policies for Books 'N Crafts. These may change over time as things improve and grow.
Processing Time
Any custom order or pre-order should state the time it takes to make the item on the page at the time of ordering. If there are any issues with the creation of the item I'll do my best to reach out to let you know about any delay.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are based on the selection made at the time of order. Currently, I use USPS and USPS Priority which can deliver in 1-3 days based on your distance from my location in western Washington. Note that delivery times are outside of the processing time.
International
I only support shipping within the US at the moment but I am working to setup a service to handle estimates and delivery internationally. If you want to order something and you live outside of the US reach out to me at info@booksncrafts.com and let me know what you would like to order and I can make it work manually.
Returns and Exchanges
